Stephanie recently helped my husband and I purchase a new home in Centerville. She provided us an exceptional home-buying experience from start to finish. Stephanie kept us apprised of new listings in the area and worked swiftly to get us showings as soon as we requested. She provided us with honest input and helped weigh pros and cons for each property. We were very impressed by her expansive knowledge-base; she identified several maintenance/repair items and provided insight of the quality and reliability of several home furnishings and utility items. When we found our dream home, Stephanie worked quickly to get us on contract. All of the documents were electronic, which made reviews and signatures quick and easy. She worked closely with the inspectors to ensure all critical issues were identified and documented. Overall, we would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I don’t have enough good things to say about Stephanie! She did an amazing job getting my house on the market with beautiful advertising and making sure that we were competitive in this market. We accepted an offer over asking, and I don’t think we could have done it with any other realtor! She did a great job answering all of my questions and was very responsive when I had questions. I highly recommend Stephanie if you are in the market to sell or buy a home!

Stephanie is an excellent agent. Outstanding people skills; very prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. She has an extreme eye for detail. She is very easy to work with and strives to accomplish the needs of her clients. She is honest and shares her knowledge with poise and a professional demeanor. I would recommend Stephanie to anyone who really wants to find a nice home. In my humble opinion, she's the best!
